OUR SOLUTION

COP’s vision is to develop, own, and operate more than 300 de novo (new build, new operation) medical oncology and specialty infusion clinics across the US. We recruit doctors and provide them with a comprehensive platform that includes referral networks, makes appointments, and leverages technology, allowing them to better serve their community.

COP offers fellow sponsorships to medical institutes to encourage graduates with a strong value proposition to come and work with us and stay for a long time. We find and recruit talent before they ever graduate.

COP offers a 3:1 ratio of nurse practitioners to every oncologist and offers support by doing the heavy lifting through HR solutions, community partnerships, and more, helping providers grow scalably.

COP believes every community deserves access to best-in-class cancer treatment. To this end, COP is bridging the gap by designing and developing oncology clinics in areas where centers are needed, becoming an integral part of the communities they serve.
