Brian Willis

Chief Clinical Officer

Brian Willis serves as the chief clinical officer for Community Oncology Partners. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Texas, specializing as a nurse practitioner in adult and gerontology primary care, and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Mount Saint Mary’s University.

Brian is a seasoned clinical leader with extensive experience in innovative program design and quality improvement. Throughout his career, he has held pivotal roles such as director of patient care services and director of nursing and clinical operations. In these positions, his commitment to evidence-based practice led to the creation of the first COVID-19 parking lot antigen and antibody testing in Los Angeles, contributing to early vaccine research.

Brian has further enriched his expertise with educational focus in public health, hospice/palliative care, men’s health, urologic oncology, neurotrauma, and HIV treatment and prevention. He is dedicated to advocating for patient rights, aiming to enhance patient outcomes and experiences. His passion lies in eliminating barriers to care and increasing access to high-quality treatment across all communities.
